I am a certified computer technician and I will give free estimates and have to be paid in advance. I have 2 years experience and have the Aries A+ certification. I am also looking for a job in a store as a technician or as technical support.

could u tell me why my internet explorer does not want to load i have windows vista basic it will load but then it will kick off on me

I have a Dell Inspiron 6000 Laptop that needs a backlight (I think). When you turn it on, you can tell there is stuff on the screen but you can't see it, like the light isnt on.. but i'm not sure if thats exactly the problem.. what would you charge to fix it?
